Our Economy

The next event in Scotland’s Futures Forum’s Scotland 2030 Programme on our economy in 2030, will take place at the Scottish Parliament on Tuesday 3 October from 6pm to 7.30pm, with a buffet dinner to follow.

Having explored the challenges provided by the technological revolution and climate change, the Futures Forum will hear from Jamie Coleman, chair and co-founder of Codebase and Dr Katherine Trebeck, senior researcher at Oxfam, on how we could and should make our living in 2030, both as individuals and a country. The discussion will be chaired by Futures Forum director Adam Tomkins MSP.
