Future Schooling, Education and Learning: Goodison Group in Scotland Forum Debate
Tuesday 13 November, 5.45pm – 7.45pm, at the Scottish Parliament
In November, the Goodison Group in Scotland and the Futures Forum continue their exploration of schooling and learning in the future, with a focus on secondary education in 2030.
With expert input from Dr John I’Anson, Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching at the University of Stirling, and Fiona MacLellan a PhD candidate from the Glasgow School of Art’s Highlands and Islands Campus, this event will explore the future for our high schools.
The event will also feature a contribution from Shaun Cairns MSYP, Convener of the Scottish Youth Parliament’s Culture and Media Committee, who will feed back on the Youth Parliament’s recent consultation on the future of high school education in Scotland.
Chaired by Sir Andrew Cubie, chair of the Goodison Group in Scotland and a director of Scotland’s Futures Forum.
